Our full service projects create a true sense of you and reflect your desires, personality and style. All the measuring and design work is done by our team, and with input from you, we source from our trusted sources, tapping into those coveted to-the-trade-only suppliers. We manage all the procurement and arrange to have everything delivered right to your home.

What’s involved (the broad strokes)?
Everything is done for you. Leave the work and worry to us! Here’s what we do.

• Review your wish list and preferences, and develop a brief outline for the scope of work
• Discuss functional requirements and needs
• Review inspiration photos of interior spaces to understand your personal taste
• Develop your budget, discuss timeline consideration and project start dates
• Prepare concept drawings of your space with layout options
• Develop scope of work, considerations for the design, and list of next steps
• Source all items from our quality and trust-worthy trade-only suppliers with estimates of costs

What we do (the details) …

• Design custom solutions
• Sourcing, and execution managed by us with input from you
• Present at one or several meetings where we show you what we have designed for you
• Recommend paint colours, trim colours, custom window treatments, etc. to finish off your room
• Manage the project: procurement, on-site trade visits to ensure adherence to design, follow up on orders, arrange deliveries, manage problems, and admin
• Receive deliveries, install furnishings and final styling
